Today i saw that drunk angmo customer from last time. Then e moment he got there he winked at me! I don't know if i mentioned him b4. He was e one with his gf who drank lots of sake and keep asking me if it was ok that he is drunk. Think he super lecherous!!! Yucks!!! Jus wonder wat happened to his gf.. Wonder if he slept and go. He gave me e impression that he is that kind! disgusting man!!!

I realise at times e ppl r rather bias, they seems to treat ang mo customers better. Feel that it is v unfair. And honestly that is lousy service! that day our manager scolded me when i gave her credit card and bill. Quite weird cos it happened b4, but some manager accepted e credit card and didn't ask e person to go to e cashier.. But don't know y this time like that.. Quite weird..

Yesterday went to thai express with yik, xw, elin.. Quite fun! I can't rmb much abt it jus remembered that i had fun.. So fun chatting with them.. It is like don't know la.. Jus can crap with them no matter wat.. They r always so entertaining! We have to do this more often!!!!

Granny's bday today! wa.. granny have lots of grandchildren.. Realise my 2 cousins marrying this year.. Ai yo.. E kids really cute!!!

It is not v good to have a big name tag having a easy name to remember! My name tag at sakae is really huge.. E letter is in bold. And my name of course is easy to remember. Everyone when they c me they will say e same thing.. How come ur name so big!!!

Hee.. it is not a v gd thing lor.. cos that time my name tag so big, so customer managed to complain easily. Then today one 60+ ang mo woman from quite a distance call me to help her.. Ai yo.. U c.. even 60+ woman whose eye sight is failing her managed to c my name so easily!

Hee.. today my manager called me when i was in e afternoon napping.. Then when she called i kind of panick.. cos i was not sure where i was supposed to be at that time..

The moment i picked up e phone i was like, wat day is it today.. Then my manager said wed... Then i walked out and c e clock.. Then i went oh no! i m late for sch.. cos on wed i have afternoon class... Then she say no no today is thursday.. Then i was like oh ya i remembered i came home after sch and took a nap.. Then she kept asking me whether i was sleeping but i didn't reply her.. Hee.. Worried she will say that i lie to her to not work, then at home napping.. Hee.. Anyway she asked me to work next sat.. Don't really know how to reject her! so next wk i will be working 5 days.. e work after next i shall work less!

today went to work hear lots of bad news. E customer really went to complain, and my manager have to write a report for the management. I think she was really angry, but ai yo.. That customer oso terrible. Still write e manager's name and our name.. Wa lao lor!

I think e customer kind of exaggerated e matter. Then e management tot that e manager scold me till i cry so i was so mean to e customer.. Hee.. how can that possibly be.. Unless i don't want my job. Now i haven't really tot of quitting but if i m fired then let it be... Maybe i will go to our competitor's restaurant upstairs to work if anything bad happens..

today tat disgusting decky told met that those pretty customer looks like his gf in indo.. wa lao.. how can it be lor! when i told e manager that she said, maybe decky speaks v well in indo and looks gd to indo ppl. I think sandy much better looking lor!

Today my sis bday. bought her a bag at top shop. really like e bag.. Hee.. Wanted to buy that addidas wallet! really want it! I keep thinking abt it.. sian..

Really couldn't control my emotions today. Cried at work! Hee.. let me tell ur wat happened.

Today one stupid customer told me to help her check her order. I went to kitchen and check her order, when e kitchen say don't have her order, or course i went back to her and told her her order was misplaced and ask if she would like to order again! Then she got really angry and asked to c alex, cos alex was the one who took her order, then later she asked to c my manager.

Later alex told me to go to e kitchen e manager wants to c me! When i get to e kitchen e manager was scolding me. Say that i shouldn't tell them e truth, should have ask kitchen to faster make e food then tell them that e food is coming. At this pt felt a bit pissed off le. Later after they left the manager keep scolding me, then when i say sorry, she say sorry no use now they want to complain! Wat the hell it was a technical error complain for wat! And honestly y must she be afraid of their complain, the fact is it is not e service crew fault it was jus a technical error! Damn them la!

Felt rather upset, not bcos of e customer and not cos of e manager. It is jus that i don't feel i have did anything wrong, felt rather wei qu. The fact is that i told e truth, if u don't like it, that's ur business! And honestly do u think e customer will stop complaining after u tell them 5min later their food is coming. They will complain for e slow service, in other words lousy service! And do ur think it is right to always put e blame of e kitchen ppl, even if they didn't do anything wrong. And jus to save ur ass, u have to let other ppl be e scapegoat. Wat the hell! Fuck this world! Actually i have done this a lot of time to other customer, but they were quite nice abt it, nv complain at all. Hee.. so naturally didn't think that there would have been any problem this time.

I wouldn't say i hate this manager, she is quite nice if she is not working, but honestly i despise their way of working. And honestly i despise that customer too. Cos she didn't know how to be understanding. I believe that to be considered a human being e least u have to be is undestanding, ok i can understand, she is a woman, woman r made unreasonable!

When we did closing, we stole food yesterday hee.. really funny sight. Really like e ppl there..

Still feel v upset. V upset that this world is like that, there isn't any fairness in this world. Ppl will step on each other's head jus to get on top. I know ppl will say grow up, get real! But honestly do u feel happy hearing of this ugly truth! I m not goin to change for this world, even if i have to be a lowly cleck all my life, i will not change. I know my effort, will not make e world a better place, cos one person's effort is not enough. But it is lonely at e top. When u get to e top but lose all ur conscience, ur integrity i don't think e top is worth it, i will have lose much more if i were at e top. Adults r such hypocrite! They tell kids nv to lie, nv do anything that will hurt others and yet that is wat they do. I don't want to become such an adult, i don't want e kids to despise me! Seriously i despise this ppl.

Hee.. i know wat some ppl may think after reading this, they may think i deserve to get scolded, afterall i don't have to work, lots of ppl r discouraging me from working. Well now i will justify y i have to work. Cos i need the money! Although my mom say that she will pay my piano and sch fees for me. I don't want to be a burdan to her, if i can repay her my money i want to repay her as soon as possible. I don't like e feeling of owing ppl anything. Oh ya xw i still owe u money! i remembered. Actually saw kai yan in sch recently. But today i plucked up my courage to say hi to her.. Cos actually quite afraid that she have forgotten who i m, and i had a hair cut, so quite hard to recognise. Not that i m close to her.. Just that e feeling of being forgotten is not nice.

Anyway today say hi to her, it took her awhile to remember who i was.. but at least she remembered my name w/o me having to remind her. Hee.. Lp says that i have a recognisable face.. Well but at least ky remembered my name. Hee.. Crazy me..

Oh ya when i was working mr chua, our ex pe teacher came with someone who looks like is gf.. But e girl quite young so i kind of suspect it is his student, but only 2 of them, then e girl waited for him.. don't know la. Actually he kind of recognised me and wanted to talk to me, but i made my escape. Hee.. he is a nice guy, but i did many pai sai things in front of him b4, his impression of me is most prob i m a slow runner, bad at pe, and he still knows my name, so quite afraid of him.. Hee..

School.
school is ok. we have broken up to do group works in socio class. yesterday my math class v disgusting. E person behind me was at there flirting with e guys.. Then she made a scream like from a porno flick. Haha.. yucks! Hate those kind of girls. the next time is e china girl beside me so disgusting, she wore sleeveless but nv shave her armpit hair.. Then it was like.. Yuck yuck yucks! Felt so disgusted. Her arm pit hair like fur like that... ewww....

Oh ya yesterday i wanted to wear e ballet flats i wore only once.. Then it is like bitten by ants! Yucks! I went to wash it immediately. There were small holes le.. It is like eww.. Hate ants! Oh no i better not say that or else i will suffer retribution and be an ant in my next life!

Work.
The people at work r rather nice. Some of them r nice, but u can't help thinking there is a catch to them. Some ppl r sincerely nice.. They say they may fire a guy with bad attitude, but actually i kind of like that guy. cos though his attitude at work is not that gd, cos he is rather mischevious and wants to do things fast, but he is quite kind hearted at heart. Can feel that he is those kind of xiao di di who is not manipulative at all.

Bad Customers
Some customers r really mean. those 2 ladys were gd example of bad customer. In the afternoon i was really busy. Had to look after the whole belt with another guy. Then it is like she asked me to check her order of grilled fish, and so i went to check. Then e chef say it will be out soon. So i went to told her it will be out soon. Then that weird woman got pissed off lor.. she said i know it will be out soon i jus want u to check. Wat the hell do u want me to check lor! Haven't i already checked for u and told u it will be out soon! Wat a bitch! don't know wat the hell she wants! then later when e fish came she asked for more lemon slices and wanted wedges form. So i went to ask e kitchen auntie.. Sometimes those kitchen ppl v f*** up one, they give u attitude. Yesterday e kitchen auntie was not feeling well and in e a bad mood so i didn't really want to bother her. So i explained to e auntie abt wat i wanted, but in e end she still gave me lemon slices. Then no choice, i went to told her e auntie only cut it into slices. Then she say this is ridiculous.. blah blah blah! f*** her! Then she told to c e manager. Well i let her c my manager afterall i didn't do anything wrong. This fussy old hag is in e wrong! So manager attended to her and manage to help her get e lemon slice. When manager get e lemon slice it is easy, but for ppl like us, we get lots of scolding lor! F*** it! Then when e manager came back with e lemon wedges, she was like u c got wat.. ur girl still keep telling me don't have. Hope she choke on a fish bone in e future! After tat did my best to avoid that table. when they called asked e guy to attend to her. Don't want to attend to such a bitch!

2nd type of disgusting customer.. those caucasian (ang mo). served them today. Then this stupid ang mo keep saying i want sake. Then i was like warm sake or cold sake. Then he repeated his order and say i m rather bad in end right? Then he fliped to e page where there is sushi and pointed to salmon sushi. Then i say u mean salmon sushi, then he say that's right! Wat the hell! Can't pronounce like a jap don't act like one la! F*** him la! Then he asked for tuna sushi, then i ask him does he mean tuna mayo, or maguoro. Then it is like he keep saying tuna! Please la.. we don't serve tuna! HE actually meant maguoro sushi! Wat the hell!

Sometimes this ang mo really slow lor! U already on to their second order and they r still at the first order. Ooi.. no brains ah?! once the ang mo say he wanted 3 warm green tea one cold green tea. Then i was like do u mean cold green tea with ice or the can green tea. Cos sometimes sakae customer v weird they like to drink e green tea with ice.. Dumb lor! it is tasteless.. might as well drink plain water. Then e stupid ang mo.. Keep saying doesn't it says here hot.. Then i told him i m asking abt e cold green tea! wat the hell.. then he started talking slowly. The thing is he doesn't need to talk slowly. So i followed him. I oso talked slowly to him. I u.n.d.e.r.s.t.a.n.d u... wat the hell! dumb guy!

Funny customers
Hee.. some customers r really funny. Yesterday an ang mo lady ask me how to eat e sushi.. Wat the hell m i supposed to tell her lor.. Put it into ur mouth and chew?! Hee..

Then a few days ago this ang mo v funny. got hair on his sushi then he told me. guo zhong told him help him to change e sushi. Then he keep saying nvm. I was thinking u want to eat e hair with it ah?! Hee.. Actually he was afraid that e person will not come back with his change of sushi. Wat the heck.. Weird guy lor!

Then there was these 2 ang mo yesterday. They ordered many bottles of cold and warm sake. Then it is like when they were at their second bottle the guy ask me if it would be a problem to me if he gets drunk later. then i told him no problem! Haha.. Then i told peter (manager) then when peter attended to them later he told me amanda they r already drunk. Haha.. When e ang mo left he laughed v loudly and shake hands with everyone. He also gave a $10 tips.. Hee..

These bunch of ang mo.. Really weird lor! some of them really nice v polite.. They r more polite than singaporean. Kiasu singaporean always feel that they have to get their money worth no matter wat. Singaporeans eat for e money, and these ang mo really eat for e sake of eating.

Good customers
Some customers r really kind, when they know u r busy, they will say ok i know u r busy can u help me after u have done ur things. And they will say take ur time, trying to relieve ur stress.. Hee.. Really like these customers. Got one auntie yesterday still want to chat with me. She started to chat with me abt my job, but it was like i have to rush off to another customer so can't chat with her.. Hee.. auntie next time when u come at a time where i m free i will surely chat with u!

Kitchen stuff
They r a bunch of weird ppl. When they r in a gd mood, they r v nice. Bad mood ah.. all i can say is be careful! I took a wrong order everyday. Hai.. That day I really remember i took e right order it is e stupid customer, he don't want to eat already nvm, say that he didn't order it. Please la.. Such a big man already still fear that e waitress will scold u if u tell the truth. Please grow up u stupid old fat man! Anyway when i went to e kitchen. The kitchen person was like who took e order. Then alex wanted to help me say that he already throw away e paper, then e kitchen guy manage to find that order sheet, then of course it is my hand writing.. so i sneak out of e kitchen b4 that person can scold me! Hee..

the kitchen guy still say take wrong order nvm.. wa like real.. they would really whack me if i take wrong order lor!

Funny incidents
That day e bangaladash worker v funny. He wore a blouse when he wash dishes. Hee.. It is like i still tot he was e head of bangladash washers! Hee.. actually he is jus one of them.

then u know sakae have this tradition to say erashamasai.. whenever customer come. then i said it to e guy working today.. Hee.. I realised i found him familiar, so i tot maybe he is a customer that went to e toilet. Then when i realise it is him i laughed.. E jing ni even worse.. She wanted to usher e bangladash worker to his seat.. Haha..

Oh one of e days when i was working i saw e newscaster from channel newsasia. I can't really remember her name... Hee..

Anyway working in this line, make me realise some ppl r really jus mean. I nv was a mean customer, or even a fussy one. Don't always feel that jus bcos u pay for e service, u have to rip every benefit out of it. Seriously that is disgusting. And u r human we service crew r human too.. So stop treating us less than a human being. Be more understanding!

Oh ya my new hair style got me a lot of tao hua yun. Hee.. but e tao hua r all bad.. I attracted lots of girls lor! That day ah.. that female customer touched my hand like don't know wat.. Ai yo!!!

My dad got piles was hospitalise out already removed it. So here i would like to warn ppl. It is really a bad habit to shit and read at e same time. Concentrate on shitting when u shit, or else it will be a big problem in e future...

My sis attitude v bad today. It is like we fought over e com.. then she still dare say things like u tired i not tired ah.. Please lor.. all u did was study. I went to sch then went to work! wa lao.. Bitch! Please lor e world does not revolve around u. Grow up! Useless bum!

Went shopping b4 work today. Bought some stuff.. Then went fish and co with sl and sakae workers. Hee.. Really funny..

Oh ya i went to cut my hair too.. Looks rather weird now. Ok it is not ugly.. but don't really fit my style.. It is like so punk. Then i look so fierce now! Hee.. and most importantly i look like a guy now.. So afraid, so girls might be interested in me... Ai yo!

Alex said that decker eat glass. Then that nite when i saw decker i broke out laughing many times. I think decker still tot e jokes he told me r funny. Hee.. While taking e chawa usuing his hand he keep saying v cold.. Hee.. Oh alex oso said that sandy smokes. Sandy seems like those guai guai guy so everyone was v surprised to know that he smokes. Alex said that when he asks sandy e reason y he smokes, sandy says that cos his family from indo keep sending him ciagarette, so he got no choice but to smoke. Hee.. funny ans!

At nite when we work, saw this ex sg idol who didn't make e final few, bejamin yio. Hee.. remember him cos he is quite cute... Oh ya when lee ping ask me get 2 bowls for a adult grp. I still ask her for kids ah? then she ask me they look like kids meh? Hee.. Really fun.. Really stress working.. Don't feel like working.. It is like i haven't learn how to take order, so at times have to put up with e face of e stupid customer. Some of them really unreasonable. I think working in e service industry, make me feel more sympathetic towards them. Sometimes it is really not their fault, sometimes really shorthanded. Today mr ling treat us to dinner at orchard shopping centre. It was vegetarian.. Hmm.. the food was ok. Fake meat not really my style. Hee.. But mr ling really generous. Really had fun at e dinner, talking abt stuff.. So fun..

Today was my 2nd day of work. Today sl was with me. The highlight of this entry is maia and a guy from show last time came to eat. Sl really dislike maia, cos she say maia is really dao. The guy was rather polite. they were like vips... Then i m new so i can't take order. Then manager told sl to serve them don't let kenneth have e chance. Then Ok la.. once then waved their hands so i have to go over. Then when i went over realise that she wants to order sth so have to ask e others lor. Our belt only 3ppl me kenneth and sl. Oh ya i eavdrop on their conversation.. Hee.. but i didn't hear much la..

Later sl left early. Then when we r doin closing this manager ask if kenneth is my bf, cos he keep helping me! WA LAO! of course not la! Our belt only me and him, he don't help me he help who?! Then i m new ma! Then of course he have to teach me lots of things. Compared to e other ppl he is more approachable, cos i oso worked with him yesterday!

First day of sch and work.. Well sch was ok.. Felt rather lonely cos no1 to talk to. A bit worried abt grp work and presentation. If we really do grp work. I have to stop being so zi pi. Hope everything goes well!

First day of work. Well e ppl there r not bad, there r guo zhong, decky, kenneth, jasper, shi ying. Hee.. i can't really remember guo zhong's name, then keep calling him guo qiang or wei zhong. He was my mentor at first, then later kenneth teach me, then jasper taught me. Felt rather helpless a lot of things i don't know how to do. And i m rather clumsy too. But e managers amy and christine r really nice. Now i m new so still got the excuse to say i m new, but later i think i will die badly. Anyway when we did closing lots of ppl help me, and we ate e leftovers chawanmushi. Hee..
